GWC had the honour of hosting the FIFA World Cup™ Winners Trophy as the Official Logistics Provider. They wanted to mark the special day with an exclusive event for employees, their families, and GWC customers. The ask was to produce an event along with marketing it on social media platforms abiding by the official FIFA Brand Guidelines.
etc. planned and delivered a memorable event that enabled GWC to make a mark with this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity of hosting the FIFA World Cup™ Winners Trophy and engaging with on-ground fans. Fans were given the opportunity to get up-close and click pictures with the World Cup Trophy along with engaging at an on-site setup of a Robokeeper at GWC’s Regional Logistics Hub at Ras Bufontas Free Zone and Logistics Village Qatar facilities.
The communication strategy for the event was defined using FIFA guidelines for color schemes, presentation, imagery & videography, and brand positioning. The guidelines helped in creating a cohesive and engaging experience for the fans and attendees at the event.
The GWC Trophy Tour event was a huge success, thanks to the meticulous planning and execution by etc. Over 1500 fans took a photograph alongside the coveted FIFA World Cup™ Winners Trophy.
